I have reached the halfway point of my 21-Day Paleo Detox, and it feels great! My weight loss has increased to 6.2lbs, which I am more than pleased with considering it has only been 10 days, and I ate LOTS of food this weekend (all still clean). I am waking up each morning with a full tank of energy, ready to take on the day ahead of me.
What I’m more excited for is my measurements. Since I began my 21-Day Paleo Detox, I have felt my clothes begin to get a little loose in certain areas. So, here it goes:
- Weight: 176.8 – 6.2lbs lost!
- Bicep: 13”
- Chest: 39.25” – .25” lost!
- Waist: 31.5” – 1.5” lost!
- Belly Button: 37” – 1” lost!
- Hips: 45.5”
- Thigh: 24.5”
- Calf: 15.5” – .25” lost!
- BMI: 30.3 – down 1.1!
I’ve lost a total of 3 inches in less than 10 days! Keep in mind; all of these fantastic results have come without any exercise. Such a drastic change in such a short amount of time! Now that my energy is back up to where it should be, I do look forward to incorporating some fitness into my routine moving forward.
