The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), a world leader in anti-aging medicine and longevity science, celebrated its 30th year of advancing cutting-edge medical education at the 30th Annual World Congress – Longevity Fest 2022: 30 Years Medicine Redefined. The event took place in Las Vegas at the Venetian Convention Center, December 9-11.
This was the largest in the Academy's history, with over 5,000 attendees. The conference hosted juggernauts and passionate professionals in the health and wellness industry sharing the latest in anti-aging and holistic health.
The main stage of LongevityFest hosted internationally acclaimed visionary Peter
Diamandis, MD as its keynote speaker; the "Father of Functional Medicine" Jeffrey Bland, PhD, and famed gerontologist Ken Dychtwald, PhD, as special guest speakers.
For three days, the city was transformed into a hub for impactful discussion, connection, and education, gathering the most influential minds and forward-thinking providers in medicine and healthcare. This pioneering event, dedicated to longevity research and its implications for medical care, will present some of the most prominent experts, innovations, and research advancements in the longevity sector.
Dr. Stephanie Chaney, D.C. presented on the topic of advancements in Type 2 Diabetes treatment. She shared the research, outcomes and approach used at Living Health Integrative Medicine in Annapolis. The presentation shared the superior results obtained using a personalized functional medicine approach for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. She provided many clinical pearls for the attendees to apply to their patients.
