No-Bake Paleo Fudge Brownies

Servings: 9 squares
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups raw almond butter may substitute with cashew or walnut butter
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup organic grade B maple syrup
- 6 tbsp coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil liquefied
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except for cacao nibs, in a food processor and process until a smooth mixture forms.
- Line a small container with some parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture into the container and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs and/or chopped nuts on top.
- Cover container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours to set. Cut into squares and enjoy! Keep the brownies in the freezer until serving time.
